Allied To Health prototype
Terms of access and data notice
Version 2026-08-11, effective 11 August 2026. This is a careful draft for review and is not legal advice.
1. What this is
Allied To Health is an unreleased prototype operated by NZmark Pte Ltd for demonstration and evaluation. It is not a product, not a medical device, and it is not deployed at any community organisation, hospital or clinic.
Every member, staff member and clinician shown inside is invented. Activities, bookings, rewards, contraindications, rewards and any programme references are illustrative placeholders that have not been clinically reviewed or approved. Nothing shown is real clinical data and nothing shown should be relied on for care.
2. Not for clinical use, not an emergency channel
Do not use anything in this prototype to make, guide or delay a clinical decision. It records nothing that reaches a real care team. In an emergency call 000. For non-urgent concerns, contact the centre or your usual provider.
3. Access is personal and confidential
Access is granted to you personally and is not transferable. The prototype, its screens, content, workflows, wording and design are confidential information of NZmark Pte Ltd.
You agree not to:
- copy, download, record, screenshot or film any part of it for redistribution;
- publish, post or present it, in whole or in part, outside your own organisation;
- share your password, invitation link or account with anyone else;
- use it, or anything derived from it, to train or evaluate machine learning models;
- reverse engineer, decompile, probe, scan or attempt to break the prototype or its backend;
- scrape, crawl or extract content by automated means;
- enter any real personal data, real patient data or real identifiers of any kind.
Internal review and discussion within the organisation named at registration is permitted. Everything else needs written permission.
4. Personal information we collect and why (privacy notice)
NZmark Pte Ltd is the organisation responsible for the personal data collected here. We collect only what is needed to control and understand access to a confidential prototype:
- Registration details — your name, institution, department, role, phone number and work email. Purpose: to know who has seen the prototype, to issue and withdraw access, and to contact you about it.
- Access records — when you signed in, the version of these terms you accepted, and the status of your access. Purpose: consent record and access control.
- Page-view logs — which pages you opened, when, and how long each page was on screen. Purpose: to understand which parts of the prototype hold attention and to improve the design. Page level only: we do not record clicks, keystrokes, form contents or screen recordings.
The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box. Providing these details is voluntary, but without them we cannot give you access.
5. Who sees it
Only the single named administrator at NZmark Pte Ltd can see visitor details and page-view logs. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own purposes. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers acting on our instructions, and may be processed outside Australia with comparable protection.
6. How long we keep it
Registration details, access records and page-view logs are deleted 180 days after your last visit. Access passwords expire five days after they are issued and are renewed only by a manual administrator action.
7. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. Withdrawing consent ends your access to the prototype. Write to hello@n-z-mark.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
8. Cookies and similar storage
The prototype stores a small record in your browser so you are not asked to register again on the same device, and so your session works. No advertising or third-party tracking is used.
9. Suspension
Access may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, immediately and without notice, including where these terms are not followed.
10. No warranty
The prototype is provided as-is, may be incomplete or wrong, and may change or disappear at any time. To the extent permitted by law, NZmark Pte Ltd accepts no liability arising from its use.
