Working prototype for The Centre
One record for your programs and your care services.
Allied To Health replaces the paper sign-in sheet and the spreadsheet chase. Members carry a digital card on their phone, your desk scans it, and your team gets one follow-up list that spans community programs and allied health.
Every person, activity and reward inside is invented. Nothing shown is real member data.
The problem it solves
Attendance you can trust, without more admin
Attendance at the desk
Reception scans the member's card as they arrive. No sign-in sheet to type up later, and a manual mark always carries a reason and a staff name.
One follow-up list
Community programs and care services sit on the same record, so someone quiet in both arms shows up once — not twice, and not never.
Bookings without phone tag
Members ask to book from their phone. The desk confirms, cancels or offers a waiting-list place, and the member sees the answer.
Rewards that stay in budget
1–3 points an activity, capped at 5 ◈ a day, and 30 ◈ is worth $5. The cap is enforced in the database, not just in the interface.
Who uses it
Five seats, one build
Member
A phone-first app: today's activities, a membership card, reward points and plain-language consent.
Reception
Scan cards, confirm bookings, hand over rewards at the desk.
Program manager
The timetable, the booking requests and the follow-up list.
Clinician
A caseload, recommended activities and sign-off. Clinical notes stay with clinicians.
Administrator
Member import, exports and an audit log of every change.
You can move between all five seats inside the prototype, so a single walkthrough shows the same event from every side.
Language
Built for the members you actually have
The interface is available in English, 简体中文, हिन्दी. Menus and buttons are translated. Activity names stay in English so they match the timetable at the door.
Honest about scope
What this prototype does not do
- No payments anywhere. Membership fees and reward funding are handled off-platform.
- Reward funding, the Plus annual fee and the membership-credit terms are marked on screen as being confirmed — never presented as settled.
- No clinical assessment instrument is named until one is clinically confirmed and licensed.
- No SMS at pilot. Reminders appear in the app and the channel says so plainly.
- Exports are for internal review. Every export carries a note that it is not prepared for a funding claim.
- No time saving is claimed. The confirmation-call tile reads “Baseline not yet set” until you measure a baseline with us.
